Simple and Tasty  Shinko Hibachi and Boba Tea is starting as seed of faith that come true. 

The Journey start as a Shinko Japanese Food truck in the corner of Bitter Rd and Blanco in San Antonio back in 2017, the food truck had been closed down due to failure in the truck machine as if the dream has shattered and Faith has been failed.
But Vickie, the founder, knew deep inside that God has bigger plan to come. She kept the faith growing, bigger as the two year passed by, finally the time has come, The Faith has been fruitful and God opening the door of chance for dream to come true together with Nana and Edi as a co-founder they build Shinko Hibachi & Boba Tea, that has been nestled in the San Antonio once again since 2019. 

This cozy and family friendly establishment highlights our passion for honest cooking, and an enjoyable atmosphere. Our menu features a selection of SHINKO style Hibachi food with some of the most delicious combinations of Hibachi Fried Rice and YumYum sauce, pair it with everyone favorite Boba Teas and ever lasting growing menus for more.
